    The Committee on Health and Human Resources moved to amend the bill on page two, section one, line three, after the word “authorized” by striking out the period and adding the following: with the amendments set forth below:

    On page three, subsection 3.23., after the words “Water Distribution” by inserting the word “System”;

    And,

    On page six, subdivision 5.5.c., by striking out the word “subsection” and inserting in lieu thereof the word “subdivision”.
